Gators' Jeff Demps is probable for LSU game

Florida Gators Junior running back Jeff Demps is listed as probable for Saturday's game against LSU, but several other players are expected back at full strength, UF coach Urban Meyer said Wednesday.

"The offensive line is intact,'' Meyer said. "I believe they're 100 percent ready to rock and roll. Jeff Demps is probable. Did not practice. He was out there and moving around, but he didn't practice full. And (Mike) Gillislee did practice full.''

Quarterback John Brantley was at practice on Tuesday, but is still recovering from a rib injury suffered in the Alabama game.

"He's sore but he practiced,'' Meyer said. "He'll practice and he's feeling better today. He's already been in (Wednesday morning).''

Demps was listed as probable for last week's game at Alabama, but was clearly limited in the game.
