Recent financial figures show the University of Florida football program has taken in massive revenues and profit, according to Forbes magazine.
The Gator football program ranks fourth in revenue in the Southeastern Conference ($68,715,750.00) and second in profit in the SEC ($44,258,193.00) behind only Georgia.
The data is from the U.S Department of Education where all SEC schools are required to report the financials for their athletic departments because they receive Title IV funding.
Revenue figures include gate receipts, broadcast revenues, appearance guarantees and options, concessions and advertising. Expenses include grants-in-aid, salaries, travel, equipment and supplies.
