Florida’s loss at Mississippi State on Saturday cost the Gators their spot in the Associated Press top 25.
The USA Today coaches’ poll still has Florida at No. 23.
As for the rest of the SEC, Kentucky moved up to No. 11 in the AP poll and while Vanderbilt fell to No. 25 in the coaches’ poll.
Both of those teams are coming to Gainesville this week. Florida (16-5, 5-2 in the SEC) hosts Vanderbilt on Tuesday (15-5, 3-3) and Kentucky (16-4, 4-2) on Saturday. Both games are at 9 p.m. on ESPN.
