ESPN GameDay Returns To O'Dome On Saturday

For the first time since 2008, and third time overall, ESPN College GameDay travels to Gainesville on Saturday, leading in to the Florida men’s basketball team’s matchup with Kentucky.
ESPN’s College GameDay will air from the Stephen C. O’Connell Center from 10 a.m.-noon with the first hour appearing on ESPNU and the second hour on ESPN. An additional hour of coverage will originate from inside the O’Connell Center at 8 p.m., culminating with Florida and Kentucky at 9 p.m.
ESPN College GameDay is returning for its seventh season of college basketball coverage. Florida has been a part of the event on four occasions previously, twice in Gainesville and twice on the road. The Gators are 3-1 all-time with GameDay on hand, having defeated Kentucky twice in Gainesville (Feb. 4, 2006 and Jan. 19, 2008), as well as once at Rupp Arena (Feb. 10, 2007). Florida’s lone loss was at Tennessee on Jan. 31, 2009.
College GameDay features host Rece Davis with returning analysts Jay Bilas, Digger Phelps, Hubert Davis and Bob Knight.
