Meyer said Thursday that senior cornerback Moses Jenkins will receive a fifth-year of eligibility after he had a medical hardship waiver for the 2009-10 academic year approved by the SEC.
"He's going to come back for another year," Meyer said.
Jenkins played in four games in 2009, but missed the remainder of the season after suffering a concussion at Kentucky. He started Florida's opener this season, but missed the next seven games because of a hyper-extended left elbow.
Jenkins is expected to play against South Carolina.
