Ten University of Florida Gator football players were named to Phil Steele’s 2010 Postseason All-SEC Team Friday.
Florida’s first-team players include senior safety Ahmad Black (Lakeland, Fla.), senior punter Chas Henry (Dallas, Ga.) and freshman kick returner Andre Debose (Sanford, Fla.).
Junior cornerback Janoris Jenkins (Pahokee, Fla.) was the only Gator named to the second team.
Senior offensive linemen Carl Johnson (Durham, N.C.), and Marcus Gilbert (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.), defensive lineman Justin Trattou (Ramsey, N.J.) and junior defensive lineman Jaye Howard (Apopka, Fla.) were among third-team selections.
Senior center Mike Pouncey (Lakeland, Fla.) and redshirt freshman linebacker Jelani Jenkins (Olney, Md.) rounded out UF’s honorees with fourth-team All-SEC accolades.
Black, Henry, Gilbert and Pouncey were all members of Phil Steele’s 2009 Postseason All-SEC Team.
