Florida Men's Basketball Up to No. 2 in Both Polls

Following victories against South Carolina and nationally-ranked Ole Miss, the University of Florida men’s basketball team was ranked No. 2 in the most recent AP and USA Today Coaches’ Poll. This marks the team’s highest ranking since they were the top-ranked team in the country following the 2006-07 season. The Gators moved up two spots in both polls from last week.

Florida will travel to Fayetteville for a mid-week in-conference clash with Arkansas on Tuesday, February 5. UF will then return home and host Mississippi State on Saturday, February 9. This will be the teams’ second meeting this season. The Gators took the first meeting, defeating the Bulldogs, 82-47.
