Soccer over MSU, 2-0

A goal in each half by freshman Havana Solaun gave No. 11 Florida (13-3, 6-1 SEC) a 2-0 win over Mississippi (5-9-1, 1-6 SEC) in front of an Ole Miss Soccer Stadium crowd 1,132. It was the first double-goal match for Solaun of her young Gator career.
The win puts UF in the lead in the SEC race, with four matches remaining. Three teams — Georgia, South Carolina and LSU — are tied for second with 5-2 league records. Florida faces South Carolina and LSU in the final two matches of the regular season.
